If your child participates in sports, camps, or some other programs, a physical exam may be required within the past 12 months. Call our office if you need to schedule a physical exam at any time.
You should also be aware that not all insurance providers cover all well-child visits or vaccines. You should always check with your insurance provider to know the limits of your coverage. We attempt to work with our patients to ensure they receive the best medical care possible. Please see our Billing & Insurance page for more information.
