Marketing Intern (Part-time)

Role:

Digital Marketing & Content Creation Intern (Summer 2024)

The marketing intern will help with content creation, filming, preparation, editing and organization. The intern will be responsible for quality video filming and content creation proprietary to Annapolis Pediatrics. The intern must demonstrate excellent professional and courteous communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of lighting and standard video creation for social media platforms required. This is a part-time, paid position.

 

Work Schedule:

Part-time weekly, during summer of 2024, days and hours to be coordinated with Marketing Manager.

 

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Film video content  at all six (6) Annapolis Pediatrics offices and local events, as determined by Marketing Manager.
  • Understand company objectives for content needs, goals and rules for healthcare practice content and HIPAA compliance.
  • Interact with Annapolis Pediatrics providers and staff to coordinate and film videos.
  • Create a content library for easy access to save, gather and edit content.
  • Content preparation and creation for multiple social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Content inventory management and organization
  • Work closely with Marketing Manager to brainstorm content ideas, coordinate video filming and work on other marketing content-related tasks as needed.

 

Experience and Qualifications

  • Currently in school pursing a degree in marketing, digital marketing, social marketing, creative media or social communications (Preferred) or equivalent education and experience.
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Organizational skills.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Drive, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
  • Must have a car or reliable transportation to travel between Annapolis Pediatrics office locations and other local events as needed.
  • Must work well as part of a team as well as independently with daily responsibilities.
