Important Info
Flu, RSV, COVID Or A Cold? Check your child's viral illness symptoms at the chart HERE, and guidance for when to call your pediatric provider.
Flu vaccines are now available at well visit appointments in all 6 of our offices. If you have an upcoming well visit, there is no need to schedule a separate flu shot visit.
Siblings are welcome to attend well visits to receive their flu shots – no additional appointment needed!
_____________
COVID vaccine appointments are now available for ages 6 months to 4 years. Schedule your child's appointment online HERE.
Additional appointment options will be available in the coming weeks. Please do not call our office to inquire about COVID vaccines; we will communicate more options via email, social media and on our website.
We have added a new option to our phone system that will allow for sick calls to be served faster.
When calling our main number,
-
Press 1 to make a same-day sick appointment
-
Press 2 for future, non-urgent appointments
~ We are doing this to prioritize same-day sick calls from the many other non-urgent calls that we receive.
~ This change will decrease hold times for those calling to be seen today (for sick appointments) and get you care sooner.
Bypass the phone altogether and book an appointment online HERE.
- All six Annapolis Pediatrics offices are open by appointment only. Walk-ins are CLOSED. We continue to have weekend and evening hours, all by appointment.
-
When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, please check-in from your car before coming in, use the link sent via text, or call 410-263-6363 option 9. Please remain in your car.
-
A nurse will call you when we are ready for you and will meet you at our office entrance.
-
Most of your pre-visit forms can be completed online by clicking on the “forms” button at the top of our website.
-
All adults are required to wear a face mask for the duration of their time in our office. We ask that any children over the age of 3 also wear a mask (as tolerated). Please wear your masks during your entire visit in our office.
-
If your child has recently tested positive for COVID, your in-office visit will be converted to a virtual visit.
-
Virtual visits will still be available for some sick visits, consults, and behavioral health visits.
-
Our walk-in hours still remain closed; all visits must be scheduled ahead of time.
