Welcome Dr. McLeod and Amanda Alberotanza, CPNP

Annapolis Pediatrics is happy to announce the addition of two new providers to our practice – Dr. Zwena McLeod and Amanda Alberotanza, CPNP.

Dr. McLeod is from Trinidad and Tobago. She attended Colgate University, receiving a B.A. in Molecular Biology. She then went on to Columbia University for her M.D. and completed her residency at Johns Hopkins. Dr. McLeod is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her favorite thing to do is to travel and spend time with her husband. She speaks Spanish and says that “the resilience of children” is her favorite thing about working in pediatrics.

Amanda (Mandy) Alberotanza is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP) with an undergraduate degree from Pomona College and B.S.N. from Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. Mandy also completed her Master’s degree in Nursing from Johns Hopkins. She is a member of the National Association of Pediatrics Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP). Mandy is originally from Kona, Hawaii, and enjoys spending time with her husband and their daughter while traveling, trying new foods and enjoying the outdoors.

We are thrilled to bring new experience to Annapolis Pediatrics with these providers from different places. We have already seen that both Dr. McLeod and Mandy fit nicely into our group. We are confident that you will love them as much as we do.
