Another part of the Annapolis Pediatrics family is our patient representatives staff. These are the friendly faces you see each time you visit one of our offices. They are dedicated to ensuring efficiency, from the registration process through the check out process. At each visit they will verify your demographic and insurance information, as well as collect your co-pay. Therefore, your insurance card and co-pay are required at each visit.
Our patient representatives staff also rotates through our centralized Call Center, located in the Annapolis office. The Call Center receives all incoming calls, including requests for appointments, medical records, medical advice, etc.
Whatever your need, our helpful patient representatives staff is available to assist you.
At Annapolis Pediatrics, we understand that your choice of medical provider for your child isn’t limited to just your pediatrician or pediatric nurse practitioner. Our medical staff includes some of the finest pediatric nurses and medical assistants in the area. Our nursing staff is as dedicated to patients and the practice as the providers are; several of our nurses have been with the practice for more than 20 years.
Often you will see certain nurses working with the same pediatricians or nurse practitioners. This allows the patients to get to know their nurses and our nurses to get to know their regular patients. Of course, this isn’t always true, but we think that in your time with our practice, you will feel as comfortable with the nursing staff as you do with your pediatrician or nurse practitioner.
